Things you'll need to complete a Pavement Licence Application form: 

  1. Premises licence number, if applicable 
  2. Company number, if applicable 

We want you to upload the following: 

  1. Public Liability Insurance Certificate - photo, 2mb max size 
  2. Plan of proposed site - photo or PDF, 4mb max size 
  3. Example of furniture - photo, 2mb max size 
  4. Photo of completed Notice displayed appropriately - Download 'Notice' template xxx Opens in a new window - photo, 2mb max size 

Payment £100 

Once you have completed and submitted this application you will receive a confirmation email asking you to ring our Contact Centre 01827 715341 to make a payment.
