Minor amendments
Complete the application form below for a non material minor amendments. The Local Planning Authority will determine if the works are non material, or if they require a Variation of Condition application or a new application to cover the proposed works. There is no statutory definition of 'non-material'. This is because it will be dependent on the context of the overall scheme - am amendment that is non-material in one context may be material in another.

Only 1 copy of documents is required by the Council.
