Submitting a Planning Application

There are a range of Prior notification application forms which can be downloaded from the Planning Portal. Yuo will need to select the correct form.

Other relevant forms are below;

• Erection of a mobile phone mast and Phone mast guidance note
• Proposed Demolition and Help note

Only 1 copy of documents is required by the Council.

The forms above are subject to the Permitted Development Criteria, the order has been updated since 2015 and amendments can be viewed here by searching.

The Council encourages the submission of planning applications using the Planning Portal.
